- Refunds are not applicable after the 7-day window.
2. Website Designing and Software Development Services
For website designing and software development services, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, depending on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation. The refund process is as follows:
- A detailed breakdown of work completed and pending will be provided upon cancellation.
- Charges for the completed portion of the project will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If significant milestones have been achieved, corresponding payments may be non-refundable as agreed in the initial contract.
